Vernal Equinox

Inga enjoyed the vernal equinox with a protest (against the Iraq war) and with running away from her parents. Luckily, her parents are just a little faster than she is for the moment. Inga is also scrutinizing a flier she received for a "green expo." She is suspicious that anything sponsored by Walmart is going to be (a) actually "green," of (b) any fun for a kid whose parents don't let her have plastic....

Auntie lost at Birthday Party

Auntie Aura Lee, last seen at the site of Inga Wing's second birthday party, was attacked and apparently eaten by a pack (2) of monster-dog (puppets).

Ms. Wing had no comment, but later stated "ha ha silly doggy!"

Inga rolled in her second birthday with both Finn grandparents on their respective cell phones. Thanks to Auntie Aura Lee for coming over and celebrating with us. The cake was angle food with whipped cream. Mommy wasn't ready to unleash the frosting monster I think would have transpired with butter-cream....
