Inga loves plums

They are from the tree in our front yard and they are Inga-sized. Inga is very good at not eating the pits.

Inga loves her bike cart

Inga doesn't much care for her bike seat, but she loves riding in the bike cart-- probably because she gets to read her books while I pedal. We are about to head over to visit with Poppy, a young friend of Inga.

Sand baby

Lake Itasca was very clean, very pretty and a little bit cold. Inga much preferred the warm sand. Her cotton swim suit show off the sand to its best advantage. The people in the background are our wonderful neighbors.

Mississippi headwaters

We walked up the river quite aways through the swampy areas. Inga liked the rocks, she wasn't so sure about the current.

Itasca State Park

Inga and I and five neighbor kids and their families plus more neighbors went to Itasca for an extended weekend. It was quite the production.
